The 7 Makeup Brushes You Actually Need!
SORRY FOR THE SMALL SET! I don't know what happened, but when I published it, everything became way smaller than I had originally made them.

So, while I was taking the quiz, I saw on the sidebar: "Beauty Tip of the Day". I clicked on it and "The 7 makeup brushes you actually need" popped up. I was interested because I thought it was about a hairbrush! Haha(; Anyways, when I saw it was about makeup, I was still interested. I read it and found it very useful, considering the good comments and my own personal judgement. Hope it helps and be sure to check out this website! It is great for beauty tips, ideas, and advice!(: You beauty lovers out there will absolutely love it! I'm sure of it! ;)

Anyways, onto the tip!:

1. Mac 224 tapered blending brush
2. Sonia Kashuk tools eye shadow brush
3. Mally natural hair powder brush
4. Mary Kay retractable lip brush
5. Avon ergonomic blush brush
6. Eco tools bamboo angled eyeliner brush
7. Mac 130 short duo fibre brush

Cleaner:
8. Colorescience pro makeup tools brush cleaner spray

I don't think that they are saying you need those EXACT brushes, but brushes that are similiar to those and have the same capability and abilities as these brushes. Remember: Don't spend too much money on make up! You are beautiful, just the way you are!

Quiz: What's the best shampoo and conditioner for your hair?
So, last year when Juliana and I had just started our blog I had been on the computer, surfing the web, well, Google, looking for websites and information for some inspiration for posts. I searched up "the best shampoos and conditioners". This page was one of the results that came up. Interested, I clicked the link. It's a quiz that tells you the RIGHT products for YOUR hair type! You answer 12 questions and it comes up with quite a few paragraphs, telling you the name of the products, their price, and going into a bit more depth about your results, the products, what they do and all of that. It actually helps you out a lot! I didn't really get to read mine, I just skimmed through it and clicked on one of the products because I was busy searching up other things.

Well, I'll be posting more posts soon. I've got some other posts about hair up my sleeve, as well as posts about other things and I can't wait to share them with you guys! Thanks for reading and I hope this quiz helps you!(:

P.S. Apparently, the woman who gives you your results is a famous hair-dresser in Brooklyn, NY, if I'm not mistaken!

How To Use A Body Scrub

How To Use A Body Scrub
Hey guys! Chiara here. :) This is my first post on our blog on Polyvore. It's about how to use a body scrub (obviously) which some of you may know how to use already, so feel free to leave your own comments below, or may think its just like using soap. It sort of is, but it is a BIT different. I thought this was interesting so I hope you guys enjoy it.(:

Last year, I had been wondering about how to use a body scrub because I saw a picture of an almond one from The Body Shop on Tumblr. I know how to use a body scrub now, I have for a while, but if any of you are wondering, here are the steps:

*Note Body scrubs are better used for very dry skin!

Options:

1. You could always follow the instructions on the bottle or the tin. On bottles, the instructions are usually on the back. Tins are usually too small to put instructions on so it may come in a box with instructions on the back or side. Otherwise, follow option #2.

2. Use a washcloth or puff, apply the body scrub onto either the washcloth or puff, and run it under water. Scrub in a circular motion to remove the dead skin cells. When you feel like you have 'scrubbed' your body enough, rinse it off and voila! You're done and you're cleansed!

As you can see, this was a short and easy tip, but it was my FIRST tip, so cut me some slack. Aha. ;) Hopefully Juliana will be on to post something soon. Hint hint: She's doing a book review. That's all I'm going to say. ;) I should have a new post up soon. Maybe tomorrow. I hope you guys liked this, good luck, and let me know the results! :)
